JUDr. Viktor Bradáč is the founder of the law firm Bradáč Advokáti. He completed his doctorate studies at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague in 1982. Before founding the law firm he worked for Škodaexport, where he specialised in disputes as well as international and contract law, focusing on large capital units. From 1991 to 1992 he worked at the law firm Frick and Frick in Zurich. He founded his own law firm in 1992. He speaks fluent German, English and Russian. In his practice JUDr. Bradáč specialises in commercial and corporate law, investment and developer projects, international arbitration, tenders and public procurement.
Mgr. Tomáš Čapek graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague in 2000. As part of his studies, he studied in Sydney, Australia from 1998 to 1999. After completing his studies in 2000 he joined, as a lawyer, the legal department of Erste Bank Sparkassen ČR, a.s. in Prague. In 2001, as a consequence of the Erste Bank Sparkassen ČR, a.s. and Česká spořitelna, a.s. acquisition, he transferred to the headquarters of Česká spořitelna, a.s. in Prague, where he worked as a lawyer in the department for the recovery and restructuring of receivables. In 2002 he joined the law firm Bradáč Advokáti as an articled clerk, becoming an attorney in 2005. In 2008 he worked as a cooperating attorney at the law firm Ueltzhöffer & Balada. He speaks fluent English and German. In his practice Mgr. Čapek focuses primarily on contract law and company law, property law, labour law, bankruptcy law, disputes including arbitration proceedings and sports law.
Mgr. David Chrbját graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno in 2004. During his studies he worked at the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Hodonín in 2003, and from 2003 to 2004 he had an internship in the state of Illinois, USA, which included assisting an attorney and support for an election campaign to the Illinois General Assembly. In 2005 he worked as an articled clerk at the law firm Pokorný, Wagner & spol. He joined Bradáč Advokáti as an articled clerk in 2005 and since July 2009 he has worked at the law firm as an attorney. He speaks fluent English and German. In his practice Mgr. Chrbját focuses primarily on corporate law, property and construction law, intellectual property law and copyright, and criminal law.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague in 2012. Since 2009 she has been working at the law firm Bradáč Advokáti as a paralegal . During her studies she completed two study visits at the District Court in Česká Lípa. Immediately after graduation she joined the law firm Bradáč Advokáti as an Articled Clerk. In her practice, Mgr. Kotlářová focuses on debts enforcement, public procurement and commercial obligations.
